It was my first time in this area and I needed a place to chill and get some work done here so I got dropped off by my uber to this Starbucks -- little did I know there was one closer to the hotel that I needed to be at. Anyways, this Starbucks is pretty spacious and is in its own standalone plaza. It was pretty busy and I can see New Englanders on their daily journey of their life. I wanted a caffeine rush so I decided to just get an iced americano. The baristas here were super friendly and everyone was really nice -- I was able to get my coffee pretty quickly and able to get work done in a nice comfortable environment!
I love the way this team is trying. They may seem to be slow but they are working hard. I thought my customer derive from start to end was great. Thanks to this team for working so hard
I highly recommend skipping the drive thru and doing a mobile order. As stated before no matter how often I go here the drive thru takes at least 30 minutes each time I go. I switched to mobile ordering and picking up in store. You are in and out of there in a couple of minutes if it's not ready once when you get there. I just wish Starbucks would update the app to customize a bit more (ex. Light cream) but this place always gets my order correct I never had bad customer service.
